This January a friend and I decided to trek out to Ontario and explore Detriot for my first ever visit. We scouted countless eagle and owl nesting spots across the region. Though the birds kept us waiting, the woods were alive with woodpeckers and winter critters. It was the perfect way to kick off the year and find inspiration in the quiet of the off-season.
